Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team remotely in the United States. The role involves coordinating aerial inspection activities, reviewing and tracking work orders, and QA/QC of vendor reports to ensure timely delivery and actionable findings.

Candidates should have IT/ERP/CMMS experience, 1–3 years in PV solar, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent written and verbal English required; remote work with potential interview discussions.

Qualifications

• Must have operational knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CMMS work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients with timely corrective actions.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR in cooperation with aerial vendors.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables including SWPPP and erosion monitoring.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify and expand drone-based scopes.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
