Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist to support new advisor firms transitioning into the Kestra ecosystem. This hybrid role requires substantial travel (about 65%) for in-person onboarding and training, with 35% back-office processing in non-travel windows.

The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, demonstrates operational accuracy, and collaborates with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and establish best practices within the firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands-on onboarding and training.
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact addressing operational questions.
• Lead training sessions on Advisor Complete, onboarding workflows, and documentation.
• Process new accounts, transfers, direct rollovers, and set up key account features.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with Sales, Trading, Cashiering.
