Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide advisory firms from post-sale handoff to a launched, self-sufficient practice on our platform. You’ll own the implementation plan, schedule milestones, and train teams to be fluent with Altruist.

In this hybrid role based in Dallas or Culver City, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure smooth transitions and measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation or onboarding roles.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of client implementations from post-sale through launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans with timelines.
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts across Sales, CS, Operations, Product, Engineering and Compliance.
• Run structured discovery before kickoff and tailor the plan to firm operations.
• Own the firm relationship after handoff and ensure continuity with the team.
• Document core processes and train the firm on workflows rather than features.
• Deliver weekly health reports with risks, owners, and next steps.
