Dynamic Advisor Solutions is seeking an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist to support the successful onboarding, transition, and launch of new advisors, advisory teams.

This position will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience from the initial onboarding process through launch and beyond. The Implementation & Onboarding Specialist will coordinate across advisors, internal service teams, custodians, technology partners, and third-party vendors to ensure every transition is organized, timely, and executed to Dynamic's high standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and transition of new advisors, and teams.
• Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff through launch.
• Coordinate across internal teams, custodians, and third-party vendors to ensure operational, technology, compliance, billing, and account setup requirements are completed.
• Support custodial account setup, transfers, documentation, data feeds, and other transition activities.
• Coordinate technology implementation and train advisors and their teams on Dynamic's systems, workflows, and service model.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors throughout onboarding, proactively resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Provide hands‑on support during launch and ensure outstanding transition items are tracked through completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize onboarding processes, documentation, and the overall advisor experience.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years of experience in RIA operations, wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial advisors, custodians, and wealth management technology strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of account opening, transfers, custodial workflows, and advisory operations.
• Experience managing onboarding, implementations, projects, or other multi-step processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership, follow-through, and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills across advisors, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Comfortable learning new technology and working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional advisor experience.

Remote (Western US preferred; Phoenix, AZ area a plus for occasional collaboration).
