Wealth Enhancement, a leading independent wealth management firm, seeks an Advisor Compensation Analyst to administer and analyze variable compensation for financial advisors. This remote role sits on our accounting team and supports firm growth.

You will ensure accurate payments, drive process improvements, and integrate new advisor teams with our compensation systems, Salesforce dashboards, and reporting tools, partnering with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of business experience; accounting/compensation processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication skills.
• AI literacy, ability to leverage AI tools in daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process variable compensation for financial advisors on semi-monthly cycles.
• Update Salesforce dashboard reports and related pre-processing steps.
• Review and code compensation data for accuracy across payees.
• Maintain compensation systems and enter new advisor agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on contracts and employment agreements.
