Sourced. is seeking an Advisor Compensation Analyst to serve as a key link across system operations, payout management, and stakeholder relations.

The role focuses on ensuring precise commission cycles, seamless data maintenance, and strong support for financial advisors in a growing firm. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with a hybrid office schedule (three days in-office per week) and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus retirement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Knowledge of securities laws and regulations.
• Experience in securities/broker-dealer industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, IF statements).
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting or related field.
• Highly organized with strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compensation data across platforms including Broadridge Advisor Compensation System, Advisor Portal, Excel, Black Diamond, Schwab, and Fidelity.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly compensation cycles, including commission/fee statement reconciliation, fee schedule reviews/updates, and payout structure setup.
• Query compensation databases to detect errors, review unpaid transactions, analyze fee adjustments, and support audit requests.
• Monitor incoming department communications, resolve advisor payout inquiries, and train advisors on using the advisor portal.
• Monitor incoming compensation department emails for the broker-dealer and RIA; assist advisors with commission inquiries, payouts, and reporting; help advisors understand the advisor portal.
• Partner with Due Diligence and Product teams to maintain accurate sponsor data across Broker-Dealer and RIA channels.
• Other duties as needed.
