Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. seeks a Senior Analyst, Field Compensation to analyze advisor compensation programs and support decision-making across AAG, AFIG, and APWG. You will partner with field leaders and partners to drive improvements and ensure effective program administration.

The role requires strong Excel skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a hybrid in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with proven Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise.
• Ability to communicate complex program requirements to individuals with varying understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of advisor compensation programs via financial analysis.
• Draw conclusions from analysis to drive strategic initiatives.
• Summarize analyses and create leadership presentations.
• Own program administration and act as SME for compensation policies.
• Analyze effectiveness of compensation programs and processes.
• Interact with advisors and field leaders on reports and inquiries.
• Lead compensation initiatives and cross-organizational projects.
• Develop knowledge of compensation programs and advisor channels.
• Build relationships across AAG, APWG and AFIG.
