Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Field Compensation to join the Advisor Compensation group. The role analyzes compensation program data to support business decisions and collaborates with field leaders and partners across the enterprise.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and strong Excel-based analytical skills. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration four days a week and one day remote.

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with proven Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and ongoing development of advisor compensation programs through financial analysis and decision support.
• Draw conclusions from analyses and summarize for senior leadership.
• Own program administration and act as SME for compensation programs and policies.
• Interact with advisors and field leaders on compensation programs, reports, and inquiries.
• Perform compensation analysis to support programs and provide decision support for Senior Leader questions.
• Lead and participate in compensation initiatives and cross-organizational projects.
