Job summary

Sana Benefits is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a remote, six-month coverage model with potential to extend into a full-time role. You will support adults' primary care through asynchronous and synchronous care, triaging cases, and contributing to evolving AI-assisted workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in adult primary care and active Texas NP/PA licensure, with additional state licenses a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering primary care to adults.
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license; additional state licenses a plus.
• Comfort with asynchronous care and clinical decision-making via messaging.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced virtual clinic.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative, low-ego teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• Build long-term patient relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases daily.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, strengthening team norms.
• Master Sana’s clinical platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and operations to improve care.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams.
• Use data and clinical insight to support proactive panel management.
