Job summary

Sana Benefits is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our virtual care team for six months of parental leave coverage, with potential to transition to a longer-term, full-time role. The position is remote, with Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CT hours, delivering primarily asynchronous adult primary care.

You will collaborate across clinical, product, and operations teams, master Sana’s AI-assisted workflows, and help close care gaps while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing primary care to adults.
• Experience delivering care asynchronously and via telehealth.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the US.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• Build longitudinal patient relationships and drive engagement.
• Manage a caseload of multiple asynchronous cases daily.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy within the team.
• Master Sana’s platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and operations.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams.
• Use data to support proactive panel management and outcomes.
