BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking Advanced Practitioners (PA/NP) to deliver remote, video-based care from home in Massachusetts. The role offers per-diem shifts with two minimum monthly commitments and includes urgent, chronic disease, and behavioral health visits via a secure telemedicine platform.

Requirements include a Masters degree (MSN/DNP or PA program), active MA NP/PA license, DEA and MCSR registrations, and board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). Epic EHR proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (MSN/DNP or PA program).
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license required.
• Active DEA and MCSR registrations required.
• Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required.
• Proficient with Epic EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual care on a per-diem basis with flexible shifts.
• Conduct video-only virtual visits for urgent and acute care needs.
• Deliver behavioral health visits and follow-ups via virtual platform.
• Manage chronic disease patients through virtual care; perform AWVs/remotely.
• Complete EHR documentation in Epic and maintain accurate records.
