Job summary

Sana is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our virtual care team for six months, primarily as parental leave coverage with potential to go full-time.

You will deliver asynchronous primary care to adult patients, manage a fast-paced caseload, and help evolve our care platform. The role requires Texas NP/PA license and 3+ years in adult primary care, with a collaborative, tech-enabled mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license; other state licenses are a plus.
• 3+ years of primary care experience with adults.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality care.
• Experience delivering asynchronous care via messaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• Build longitudinal patient relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases daily.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy within the team.
• Master Sana’s clinical platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and workflows to improve care.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams.
• Use data to support proactive panel management and improving outcomes.
