Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist-Widefield to deliver high-quality product demonstrations and expert imaging support for Life Science Research customers. The role is field-based and REMOTE, covering the Central US, with travel and training responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in life sciences or optics, with 2+ years in microscopy or imaging, plus teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a research environment applying microscopy and digital imaging techniques or imaging analysis.
• Teaching or training experience delivering guidance on imaging equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with biological imaging applications; fluorescence, microscopy and optics experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre- and post-sales support for advanced microscopy products.
• Perform product demonstrations, troubleshooting and training with end customers and sales reps.
• Coordinate demonstration system logistics and ensure correct system functionality for successful demonstrations.
