Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist-Widefield to provide technical pre- and post-sales support for widefield microscopy. You will demonstrate systems, troubleshoot, and train customers alongside Account Managers across the Central US.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in life sciences or optics, 2+ years in a research setting, and training experience. Travel up to 70% with remote work options and a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or optics as essential
• 2+ years in a research environment applying microscopy and digital imaging or imaging analysis
• Teaching or training experience in imaging equipment or techniques
• Familiarity with biological imaging applications; fluorescence, microscopy and optics valued

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering high-quality product demonstrations of widefield systems and applying technical expertise to advance opportunities
• Partner with Account Managers and the AWS team on pipeline priorities
• Provide expert application, product, software, and technical support throughout the customer journey
• Develop and execute imaging protocols and demonstration activities tailored to customer applications
• Generate customer insights and best practices while improving processes and customer experience
