Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Advanced Workflow Specialist-Widefield to provide technical pre- and post-sales support for advanced microscopy products. The AWS will perform demonstrations, troubleshooting and training sessions with end customers and sales reps from a remote, field-based position covering the Central US.

This role reports to the AWS Manager within the Life Science Research team and offers opportunities to drive sales growth, develop imaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or optics is required.
• 2+ years in a research environment applying microscopy or imaging techniques.
• Experience teaching or training colleagues or customers on imaging equipment.
• Familiarity with biological imaging applications and fluorescence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations of widefield systems.
• Troubleshoot and train customers and sales reps in imaging workflows.
• Develop and validate imaging protocols tailored to customer needs.
• Generate insights and best practices to improve processes and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on pipeline and priorities.
