Job summary
Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a QCS Advanced Field Service Engineer for a fully remote role with a base salary of $121,139 per year.
The position supports on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of complex equipment from Charlotte, NC to other sites, under Honeywell's field service framework. Responsibilities include presenting to customers and peers, updating instructions and training guides, driving process improvements, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in engineering or related occupation.
- Experience with Honeywell Sheet Manufacturing Scanners and ABB Sheet Manufacturing Scanners.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical presentations to customers and industry peers.
- Update work instructions and training guides for field installation staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in field service and product development processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups to resolve delivery and installation issues.
- Serve as escalation point for Field Service Specialists and stakeholders.
