Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical installation, integration, and field service experience.
• 7+ years of customer service experience providing technical support and client relationship management.
• 7+ years of experience preparing technical documentation and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions per customer requirements.
