Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to lead remote and on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment. You will prepare docs, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement while acting as a technical escalation point.

You will work on a remote schedule within the US, travel up to 75% domestically and internationally as needed, and report to the Senior Field Service Supervisor. A Government clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical installation, integration, and field service for security/ access systems.
• 7+ years of customer service with technical support and client relations.
• Experience preparing technical reports and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions per customer needs.
• Develop technical documentation and deliver customer training.
• Perform on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution briefings to stakeholders.
• Analyze service trends and perform root-cause investigations for improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve delivery and installation issues.
