Quora is a privately held, remote-first company hiring for an Account Executive to grow our Ads Partnerships. The role focuses on onboarding new advertising partners, delivering powerful media proposals, and driving revenue targets on a global scale.

You will work with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback for product development and marketing activities while leveraging data to meet advertiser objectives. This role emphasizes EI, initiative, and strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience, including 2 years of recent digital media sales experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and the broader advertising ecosystem.
• Exemplary verbal, written and listening communication skills with clients up to the C-level.
• Bias for action with ability to overcome barriers and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and open to manual processing for early ad platform development.

Responsabilités

• Source and close new business by presenting our advertising solution online and in-person to leading marketers/agencies.
• Deliver compelling media proposals to educate and drive new business activation to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategy in a dynamic, small team environment.
• Leverage data, insights, and measurement to help advertisers achieve marketing objectives.
• Lead activities that accelerate growth with partners focusing on CPA/CPL/ROAS.
• Increase team effectiveness by identifying opportunities for new approaches.
• Manage the full sales-cycle including prospecting, contract negotiation, project management, and post-sales support.
