The Landline Company is reshaping transportation payroll and HR systems. This role focuses on deploying and configuring ADP Workforce Now to deliver accurate payroll, compliant tax handling, and transparent benefits across a growing workforce.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure self-service features meet frontline needs and employee experiences feel seamless from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and deploying ADP Workforce Now
• Ability to translate payroll, time & attendance, HRIS, and benefits into system configurations
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of ADP Workforce Now and decide platform configurations.
• Run biweekly payroll for all employee types, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain payroll records and support audit requests with timely reporting.
• Configure time & attendance for hourly employees and ensure correct pay rules.
• Build adoption programs and training for self-service and manager tools.
