Job summary

Extell Financial Services, Inc. seeks an experienced ADP Workforce Now implementation consultant to lead multi‑entity HRIS and payroll deployments.

The role demands strong project leadership, data migration expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams. You will manage the implementation lifecycle, ensure data integrity, develop testing plans, and support change management to enable a successful go‑live across hourly and salary employee groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience.
• Proven success leading full-cycle HRIS and payroll implementations.
• Experience migrating from Paycom or a comparable HCM platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance systems, HRIS configuration and reporting.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel to company location(s) as project needs warrant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall implementation project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary consultant and advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team.
• Review system requirements and business processes; configure ADP Workforce Now modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance Management, Expenses).
• Lead data migration strategy, validate data, ensure integrity and compliance.
• Create testing plans and coordinate SI/QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions; support change management and post-go-live.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and analytics requirements.
