Job summary

BioIVT is hiring an HR Operations Analyst to maximize the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) capabilities and deliver workforce analytics. The role partners with HR, Finance and Payroll to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy and employee experience.

The successful candidate will bring deep ADP WorkforceNow expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of process improvement and system optimization. Project management and Lean methodologies are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Operations, HRIS or workforce analytics.
• Strong ADP Workforce Now administration experience.
• Advanced Power BI, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Experience with organizational growth, transformation, or M&A is a plus.
• PM, process design, and change management skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) ecosystem.
• Design and maintain workforce dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Lead onboarding, status changes and offboarding processes.
• Develop HR technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure data governance, security, and data integrity.
• Support acquisitions, integrations and restructurings.
