Job description

We are seeking an experienced ADP Integration Consultant to support and optimize integrations between ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and other HR technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands ADP WFN deeply and enjoys working at the intersection of payroll, HR systems, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, configure, and support integrations between ADP Workforce Now and third-party systems (HRIS, ATS, and related platforms)
• Analyze data flows between systems to ensure accurate and timely transfer of employee, payroll, and recruiting data
• Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and recommend improvements
• Support testing, validation, and go-live activities for new or updated integrations
• Document integration processes, data mappings, and best practices
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on ADP WFN integration capabilities and limitations
