Baker Tilly US is hiring a Payroll Implementation Specialist to configure and implement ADP Workforce Now for new clients within the HR and Payroll Outsourcing team. You will translate client payroll requirements into system configurations, perform data mapping and testing, and support go‑live transitions.

This role emphasizes hands‑on system configuration, problem solving, and collaboration with project managers to meet client timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience with system implementations or configuration.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Understanding of payroll regulations and tax rules.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• CPP certification preferred or in progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ADP Workforce Now for new clients.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Gather and document client payroll requirements, processes, and data needs.
• Perform data mapping, data validation, and support data migration activities.
• Develop and write calculations for the ADP team for mainframe upload.
• Execute system testing, including payroll parallel testing, and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and troubleshoot setup issues, escalating complex challenges to ADP as needed.
• Support integration setup with third‑party systems as applicable to each client.
• Assist in developing and delivering client training on payroll system functionality and processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of system configuration prior to go‑live.
• Support the transition of clients from implementation to ongoing service teams.
