You will define strategies, manage SI relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Strategy, and Lyric HCM business owners to drive initiatives.

This role requires PM discipline, executive communication, and a track record in large‑scale transformation.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in project and process management in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience managing large project teams of 10‑20 associates cross‑functionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation efforts and change management.
  • Ability to create reports and executive presentations.

ADP is hiring a Director, Program Management for Lyric HCM.

Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to establish and lead our System Integrator program for ADP Lyric HCM, driving strategic partnerships to support sales growth and implementation delivery. This role will develop and execute program strategies, manage key SI relationships and collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, Strategy, and Lyric HCM business owners to align initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Defining program objectives
  • Planning, scheduling and influencing cross‑functional and cross‑BU activities
  • Ensuring that project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification
  • Building and maintaining productive working relationships between all organizations with various levels of associates and executives
  • Defining program metrics and measuring program success
  • Reporting project outcomes, milestones, risks, and concerns to the senior executives
  • Follow Program Management disciplines in scope, schedule, cost, issue, risk, quality, human resource, communication and contract management
  • Establish project structure and staffing plans
  • Establish, manage and publish a comprehensive overall project plan, including the development schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third‑party products
  • Motivate and direct the project team; set goals, objectives and priorities; assign and review project tasks and performance on a regular basis
  • Obtain approvals on program scope changes and resolve team resource conflicts
  • Establish cross‑functional written and verbal communications, including program meetings, minutes, executive briefings and issue management tracking
  • Serve as primary interface with project sponsors, product managers and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality reviews are held with the project team and obtain sign off on status and requirements
  • Accountable for meeting schedule, results, client satisfaction and quality of deliverables
  • Determine success criteria for overall project, incorporating client feedback, team feedback and senior management direction
  • Manage overall program budget and coordinate funding requests as needed
Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in project and process management in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience managing large project teams of 10‑20 associates cross‑functionally
  • Problem‑solving skills, ability to break problems into smaller parts and determine impact to business
  • Understanding of how people, process, technology, data and products fit together
  • Core analytical skill set, proficiency with MS Excel and ability to build models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate recommendations and impact to stakeholders at all levels
  • Business and organizational change skills, experience managing large scale transformation efforts, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training needs analysis, change measurement and adoption tracking
  • Business analysis experience, ability to create reports and presentations for senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
  • Vendor onboarding management experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex, leveled and balanced project plans using Microsoft Project or other comparable tools
  • Extensive knowledge of products, services, implementation, technical, training, financial and sales operations
  • Experience working with aggressive, demanding clients and project teams
  • High tolerance for stress and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and team leadership skills, ability to communicate with executive level managers in a project‑oriented setting
  • Ability to build effective teams in a geographically dispersed environment with conflicting priorities or goals
  • Experience and understanding of voice of the client tools and methodologies desirable
