Job summary

FosterThomas is a global professional services firm focused on human capital management (HCM) consulting, payroll processing, and talent acquisition. We seek a Project Manager to lead ADP GlobalView workstreams, coordinating client, ADP, and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope, and with measurable ROI.

The role requires 5+ years of HCM project leadership, SDLC proficiency, and experience coordinating vendors and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or HR
• 5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations
• Experience leading cross-functional SaaS projects and SDLC familiarity
• Vendor coordination and data migration support experience
• Documentation of current and future-state processes and SOPs
• Change management knowledge and organizational transformation experience
• Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex HCM implementations (initiation, design, build, validation, production)
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, and budgets
• Apply Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners
• Provide timely status reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Develop SOPs and optimize operational workflows for clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Tailor governance and tools per engagement requirements
• Make timely, data-informed decisions to support objectives
