FosterThomas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Implementation Consultant (ADPTM) to lead HR module implementations, payroll project management, and staff augmentation initiatives.
The role is fully virtual with potential 15% travel to client sites, offering exposure to worldwide HCM projects and ROI optimization for clients. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ADP WFN HR experience, a 4-year degree, strong Excel skills, and proven consultancy and presentation abilities.
