Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification is a plus.
• Strong group treatment skills and ability to engage clients remotely.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least 1x/month for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group start time.
• Arrive early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the hour.
• Facilitate groups following current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation across cohorts.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain high-quality treatment documentation within 24 hours.
