Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring for a part-time telehealth position serving adolescents and young adults. The role requires a Masters degree in mental health and experience facilitating groups in a remote setting.

You will work with a warm, empathetic clinical team and participate in ongoing supervision and collaboration with care staff. Remote work is available, with evening and weekend hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiarity with modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI cert is a plus).
• Proficient in running group treatment via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervising clinician at least once a month for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and maintain engagement.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and up-to-date curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team across the organization.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Ensure notes are completed within 24 hours and meet standards.
