Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring for a remote, part-time 1099 clinical role serving adolescents and young adults through telehealth. You will facilitate group treatment across modalities, collaborate with care teams, and ensure timely documentation while working evening hours and weekends as needed.

Required is a Master’s degree in mental health or related field with experience in youth-focused group therapy and telehealth delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Experience facilitating groups and telehealth with youth and young adults.
• Ability to run groups across age ranges and integrative modalities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard within 2 weeks of start date.
• Lead and facilitate virtual groups for adolescents and young adults.
• Attend monthly check-ins with supervisor or director.
• Maintain timely notes within 24 hours per policy.
• Collaborate with care team and other clinicians.
• Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Adhere to program policies and procedures.
