Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking qualified mental health professionals to lead remote adolescent/young adult group therapy via telehealth. Candidates should be comfortable with multiple modalities, maintain strong engagement, and work within a collaborative care team.

The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based group treatment, utilizing DBT/CBT/EMDR/MI where appropriate, and adhering to DHCS and Joint Commission standards. Remote, part-time telehealth positions are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
• ,
• Experience working with youth and young adults is essential.
• Familiarity with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with Group Quality Supervisor or Director for check-ins.
• Respond to emails and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and maintain engagement.
• Follow Charlie Health curriculums and best practices.
• Collaborate with care team and other clinicians.
• Ensure timely, compliant treatment notes (within 24 hours).
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
