Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
• Strong group treatment skills and ability to engage clients via video.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-ins.
• Respond promptly to emails and Slack messages.
• Facilitate groups and adhere to Charlie Health curriculum.
• Ensure all notes are completed within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in Treatment Team meetings.
