Socket.dev is seeking an Admissions Support Center Specialist to be the friendly voice guiding prospective students and families toward educational goals, handling inquiries, and helping set appointments with Admissions Representatives.

This full-time role offers a remote/on-site option, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and alternating Fridays and Saturdays, plus a range of benefits and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years in call center, administrative, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient, customer-centric phone presence.
• Equivalent qualification considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and families, answer questions, and schedule appointments with Admissions Representatives.
• Provide accurate information about school programs and admissions processes; reschedule as needed.
• Maintain lead tracking and calendar accuracy; support reporting and collaboration with peers.
