Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and triage communication to appropriate staff/departments.
• Assist callers in navigating The New School website, application processes, and event registration.
• Manage inquiries with enthusiasm for The New School, a positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent customer service.
• Effectively and strategically utilize New School remote communication technologies.
• Help triage communication across departments and convey information regarding application instructions, admission events registration, deadlines, campus updates, program information, and general inquiries.
