You will conduct virtual interviews, manage CRM-driven recruitment activities, and ensure timely completion of admissions documents while adhering to policies. The position is remote with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Must have a foundational understanding of admissions processes and document handling.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation required.
• Experience using CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assess eligibility based on admissions criteria.
• Maintain professional, businesslike interactions with clients and staff.
• Conduct virtual prospective student interviews per guidelines.
• Engage prospective students via vendor resources and schedule campus visits.
• Manage recruitment activities through appointments, updates, and notes in CRM.
• Reach out by phone, text, and email to schedule and follow up on appointments.
• Meet or exceed enrollment activity, interview, and referral targets.
• Adhere to Federal financial aid policies in admissions activities.
• Prepare and submit admissions documents promptly; collaborate with campus staff.
