Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to connect with diverse students, recruit from high schools, and cover a 120-mile territory; the role is remote but requires living and traveling around the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area.

The candidate will build relationships, present at high schools, conduct interviews, maintain CRM, and meet enrollment goals while using MS Office; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience with public speaking preferred.
• Must be able to clear Background check, including MVR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; interviews in person and virtually.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and local communities.
• Conducts in-person presentations at high schools and other offsite events.
• Uses consultative mindset; interviews potential students and maintains CRM for follow-ups.
• Presents to educators to encourage enrollment in UTI programs.
• Maintains knowledge of UTI programs and financing options to answer questions.
• Meets enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment; adheres to compliance criteria.
• Other duties as necessary.
