You will lead the admissions team, partner with marketing, financial aid, and external stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions to ensure a seamless process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or seven years experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field
• Minimum of five years experience in proprietary in private or public education admissions
• Minimum of three years experience as a Director of Admissions or similar leadership role
• Online Instructors Only: Minimum of three years online experience providing online education
• Experience managing budgets and developing data-driven strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and enrollment plans to achieve institutional enrollment goals
• Meet and exceed budgeted starts through supervising and participating in the enrollment process
• Track all student inquiries to maintain a record and distribution
• Oversee application processing, recruitment events, and communication with prospective students
• Coach and train Admissions Representatives to have product knowledge and represent programs
