Job summary

Crimson Global Academy is seeking an Admissions Associate (SDR). You will be the first voice contacting inbound leads and families, qualify them for admissions, and guide them through the early Crimson journey.

You will manage leads, enter data in Salesforce, schedule initial consultations, and report on calls, consultations, and conversion metrics. This remote role operates Mon-Fri 10am-8pm PT across US/Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in sales.
• Experience in education or professional services and CRM usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify warm inbound leads for admissions.
• Update lead data in Salesforce and manage progress through the pipeline.
• Book initial consultations and ensure attendance.
• Report weekly on calls, consultations, and sales closed.
