Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking an enthusiastic individual to be the first point of contact for inbound leads and clients. You will qualify leads for Crimson programs, provide resources, and work within a high-performing team to deliver exceptional student experiences.

The role requires strong English, customer-service experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce), and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
• Familiarity with US college admissions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional demeanor, time management and resilience.
• Experience using CRM and multiple systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound warm/hot leads for Crimson programs and inform them of opportunities.
• Manage and update leads in Salesforce CRM accurately and consistently.
• Schedule meetings between leads and Crimson Academic Advisors.
• Develop and maintain positive customer interactions and relationships.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
