Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) to lead the Crimson team and drive progress for students worldwide. This full-time role can be remote or in one of our offices; part-time options are considered for strong candidates.

You will create individualized admissions plans, stay current on curricula and test strategies, and collaborate with education coordinators, tutors, and sales teams to maximise acceptance chances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top US university or Oxbridge.
• Experience with US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting at top universities.
• Passion for coaching young adults with global perspectives.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Stakeholder management across students, parents and internal teams.
• Resilience in a fast‑paced, independent work environment.
• Experience in education, coaching, tutoring or admissions consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching admissions strategies with individualized plans.
• Maintain knowledge of curricula, extracurriculars and test planning.
• Guide students toward best-fit schools to maximise acceptance.
• Conduct formal sessions bi-monthly with shared notes and actions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with students and families.
• Create and present marketing materials for seminars or events.
• Collaborate with Sales during Initial Consultations to discuss client investment.
• Assist with Product and Resource Development initiatives.
