Job summary

Crimson Education in the United States is seeking a proactive team member to be the first contact for incoming leads across Crimson programs, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will qualify leads, provide resources, and schedule meetings with Academic Advisors, while working with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong English, customer service experience, and comfort using Salesforce; a passion for education and helping students thrive.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English - Spoken/Written.
• Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
• Experience in US college admissions preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, time and stress management.
• Experience in Education or professional services and using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make calls and respond to inquiries from leads to qualify them for Crimson's sales processes.
• Ensure data is accurately entered in Crimson's CRM system (Salesforce).
• Update records and track lead movements through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings between leads and Crimson’s Academic Advisors.
• Develop and maintain positive, professional customer interactions and relationships.
