Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a proactive team member to be the first point of contact for inbound leads and potential clients across Crimson programs. You will qualify inquiries, provide resources about opportunities, and collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver excellent student experiences.

The role focuses on efficient lead qualification, maintaining accurate CRM data, scheduling advisor meetings, and building professional relationships while improving sales processes and industry

Qualifications

• Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
• Experience in US college admissions preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Professionalism, time management, stress management, confidence, empathy
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and multiple platforms

Responsibilities

• Make calls and respond to inquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes and ensure data is entered accurately in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Update records and track lead movements through the sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Schedule meetings for leads with Crimson's Academic Advisors
• Establish and maintain positive customer interactions and relationships
• Continually improve sales techniques, processes, and industry knowledge
