Job summary

Kodland is an international online school helping kids and teens master digital skills. We’re seeking a driven sales professional to lead online demo lessons and convert interest into enrollments.

You’ll conduct 50-minute demos for ages 5–17 with warm leads, using Zoom or Google Meet in the afternoon/evening, about 25 hours per week, with strong earning potential and flexible remote work. You’ll build trust, handle objections, and guide families to the right course.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasive skills, ideally with experience in sales or educational consulting.
• Advanced level of English, confident speaking with parents and students.
• Ability to work via Zoom or Google Meet in the afternoon/evening hours (starting from 14:00 UK time), including one weekend day.
• Approximately 25 hours per week with reliable technical setup (PC, webcam, headset, internet).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging online demo lessons (50 minutes) for children aged 5–17 and their parents — warm leads only.
• Present Kodland’s learning format and help families choose the right course, converting interest into enrollments.
• Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start learning.
