Job summary

Mindseed is seeking a proactive Admissions Coordinator to manage inbound parent leads and drive school visit conversions. You will connect with parents, qualify leads, pitch the school, and schedule visits while maintaining diligent follow-ups until closure.

The role requires excellent communication in English and Hindi, strong CRM skills, and a target-driven mindset. This is a remote Work from Home position with 6 days of work per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Strong calling, probing and parent engagement skills.
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to influence and convert.
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
• Experience with CRM and maintaining accurate lead data.
• Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling or education sales preferred.
