ICL Academy in the United States is seeking an Admissions Counselor to warmly welcome families and guide them through enrollment, ensuring accurate CRM records and timely follow-up.

This role emphasizes outreach across calls, emails, and virtual meetings, hosting information sessions, processing applications, and collaborating with Academic Services, Student Support, and Finance to smooth the admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective students and families via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to encourage enrollment.
• Host information sessions to educate parents and students about programs, curriculum, and procedures.
• Assist families with completing enrollment applications and ensuring documentation is submitted promptly.
• Provide personalized admissions counseling and address questions or concerns about goals and options.
• Maintain regular follow-up with applicants to update status and gather any needed information.
• Represent ICL Academy at virtual or in-person events to promote programs and attract new students.
