Job summary

ACI Learning is seeking an Admissions Advisor in Dallas to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them decide on suitable programs. You will provide clear information about programs, tuition options, and admissions requirements, ensuring a smooth journey toward enrollment.

The role emphasizes integrity, a student-first approach, and the ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while collaborating with the ACI Tech Academy and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admissions, sales, or a comparable consultative role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience enrolling or advising self-pay or consumer-financed students strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and work a high volume of inbound web leads from initial interest up to enrollment.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to enroll students monthly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, advising on programs and tuition options.
• Conduct admissions interviews and consultations to assess goals and program fit.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all student interactions and enrollment activity.
• Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity and participate in occasional evening/weekend events.
