Job summary

ACI Learning is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through enrollment in our Tech Academy programs. You will manage inbound inquiries, provide program information, and help candidates make informed decisions about their educational futures.

This full-time role requires integrity, strong communication, and the ability to build rapport with self-pay students. You’ll work with a CRM, conduct interviews, and help students navigate tuition options while supporting enrollment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in admissions, sales, or similar consultative role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience enrolling self-pay or consumer-financed students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound web leads through enrollment.
• Build a robust pipeline to enroll students monthly.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students.
• Conduct admissions interviews and assess fit.
• Define success criteria for program completion.
• Maintain CRM records of student interactions.
• Represent ACI with integrity and core values.
• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events.
