Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred (2+ years).
• Excellent verbal communication, especially over the phone, and strong written communication.
• Proficient with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Meet minimum activity standards per policy and evaluations.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with regulations.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify prospects and educational needs.
• Develop rapport with applicants and maintain contact through enrollment cycles.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high-quality service.
