Job summary

USNCA in New York is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide families through the college admissions journey, listening carefully to their needs and showing how our services can help reach admissions and scholarship goals.

You will connect with families via 70–100 inbound/outbound calls daily, schedule full consultations, qualify leads for demos with Admissions Specialists, and collaborate with Marketing while managing leads in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and people skills to interact with staff and customers.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the college admissions journey and explain how our services help reach goals.
• Connect with families via 70–100 inbound/outbound calls daily to walk them through admissions steps.
• Assess whether prospective families are qualified for deeper sales activity and schedule follow-up demos.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality from sources.
• Manage leads through a CRM platform (Salesforce) and provide feedback to Operations.
