Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking an Admissions Concierge to be the first point of contact for prospective families. You will manage inquiries, guide families from initial contact to campus visits, and maintain accurate data in the CRM.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional family experience, collaborating with Admissions and Parent Engagement teams, and supporting a smooth admissions journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role; hospitality is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; familiarity with education, early childhood, or Montessori is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media and create a great first impression.
• Provide clear, accurate information to prospective parents and understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and update inquiry data for reporting.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Parent Engagement teams to meet enrollment goals.
• Assist parents in scheduling campus tours, trials, and events and coordinate with campus teams for a smooth visit.
